Imposters is an American TV series on Netflix full of comedy, romance and action. This can be watched with audio in 3 languages and also with sub-titles in 2 languages. I watch lots of TV series and movies irrespective of language and country they are made. And, I like to write about the TV series and movies which I like a lot and Imposters is one of those series.
Here is my take on the series:
Storyline: Imposters is a story of con artists making money the easy way targetting innocent and emotional ones. The biggest con artist is Maddie Jonson(Inbar Lavi) whose job is falling in love, getting married and running away with money. And in the end, bad things have bad endings.
Screenplay, Editing. Costume and Location: Series is spread over in two Seasons- well created and edited. Series has been created at different locations like a feature film.
Acting: On the acting front, it is really difficult to create ranking as everyone performed to their best. Still, it is my job to do my best. Here is my take in the order starting my favorite best:
- Inbar Lavi(Maddie Jonson);
- Rob Heaps(Ezra Bloom) ;
- Stephen Bishop(Patrick) and Marianne Randon(Julia);
- Parker Young(Richard) and Brian Benben(Max);
- Uma Thurman(Lenny Cohen)-Should have had more screen time;
Message / Feedback / Review for Producers / Film-Makers: Imposters is really fun to watch series. It has been perfectly designed.There should be more of these. In my view, viewers deserve another season.
